Gym66 is the premier Performance, Strength & Conditioning facility in Gloucestershire, the home of CrossFit P10 and with something for every stage of fitness and ability. CrossFit is a fitness program combing all 10 elements of fitness using a wide variety of training methods which can be suited and scaled to anyone's ability to help achieve your goals.
With over 6000sq ft. and some of the best kit available including 6 sets of Werk San Olympic bars & plates along with female and beginners technique bars. A Large matted area for free weights (over 2000kgs) & Dumbbells (2.5kg & 70kg). 18 Squat Racks, Power cage, benches, cable machines, tractor tyres, kettle bells & more leg strengthening machines. Gym66 also offers a treadmill, x trainers, rowers and spin bikes. You'll be able to get access to all you require for your fitness program.
Through coaching in classes and individual training & programming we develop your fitness in 10 recognised physical skills: endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance & accuracy. It is the improvement in these skills that will develop the all-round fitness required for the challenges of everyday life and in sport.
Unlike any CrossFit box in the local area, CrossFit P10 members have use of Gym66 that can be used at any time the gym is open, even while CrossFit classes run.
We have a number of experienced personal trainers who are always on hand to show you how machines work in the gym , private tutoring or give a few key tips when your training or returning from an injury, we can help to give you a well-structured rehabilitation programme to help you back to full recovery.
Our Coaches: Jack Driver (CrossFit P10), Mike Daldry (CrossFit P10), Jo Andrews (CrossFit P10 & /JoAndrewsPT), Luke Etheridge (Olympic Weightlifting), Tom Rutter (PDT). Our coaches use varied training methods, all available from the equipment at the gym from Weightlifting, CrossFit to Body building, power lifting and general strength & conditioning.
