Whether it's the 5:2 diet or a healthy eating regime, there will come a point where you're hungry and consider giving in to your 2014 resolution to look after your health.

The 5:2 diet plan involves 5 days of normal eating and 2 days of 500 calories a day for women or 600 a day for men.

With a normal eating pattern for 5 days, these 2 days could prove to be a struggle, but that's where we come in.

Here are a few recipes under 200 calories which will cure your appetite and taste good.
