Two men from Gloucestershire have been released on bail in connection with the death of Cinderford man Ryan Probert

TWO men arrested in connection with the death of a Cinderford man have been released on bail.

A 43-year-old from the town and a 48-year-old from Stonehouse have been questioned by police over the death of Ryan Probert, 31.

They were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and must return to Gloucester Police Station on Friday, May 30.

A police spokesman said further enquiries are being made.

The ambulance service called police to a flat in Market Street at about 7pm on Tuesday, April 29.

Mr Probert was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where he died of a suspected heart attack in the early hours of Wednesday, April 30.

He was known as ‘Boz’ to his friends who described him as an “absolute legend” who would do anything to help anybody.

Many people learnt of his death on social media the day after he was rushed to hospital.
