Influential county employers Delphi Diesel Systems and AGD Systems have signed up to our careers fair.

The unique Gloucestershire Echo and Gloucester Citizen Careers Show 2014 will take place at The Thistle Cheltenham Hotel on June 17.

Employers are rapidly signing up to take part in the show. It will give jobhunters exclusive access to meet county employers and aims to help them change career or find work.

Gary Miller, training and development manager of operations at Stonehouse-based Delphi Diesel Systems, said the company was “delighted” to support the fair.

“As a leading engineering employer in the area, we consider this to be an excellent opportunity to showcase vacancies that we currently have at our Stonehouse facility, and are looking forward to meeting those attending the event who are considering their next career option.”

Staverton-based test equipment design and development company AGD Systems will also take part in the show.

The event takes place at The Thistle Cheltenham Hotel, on Gloucester Road, from 10am to 8pm.

If you are an employer that would like to be involved, email Claire Heeks at claire.@glosmedia.co.uk.

The Gloucestershire Echo and Gloucester Citizen will publish weekly articles in the run-up to the careers show and it will also be covered in Jobs 24/7 every Wednesday as well as at gloucestershireecho.uk, gloucestercitizen.co.uk and southwestbusiness.co.uk

@Gloucestershire echo, slight tech issue no submit button........, great to see the local press promoting recruitment days tho! Its a shame that the Jobcentre doesn't fund these kind of events.
