Fire crew rescue a Tuffley cat which became stuck in a cavity wall

FIRE crews were called to a cat that had become stuck in a cavity wall at a property in Tuffley.

One appliance from Gloucester south fire station attended the scene with a crew of five firefighters.

The crew rescued the cat from the cavity wall and confirmed that the cat was not injured, at the scene on Thursday at shortly after 7.30am.

The fire fighters spent a total of twenty five minutes at the scene.
