Nick and Danielle Clements had been renting an apartment in Bristol for some time and were looking for a property that was close to friends and family, but kept the commute into work easy.

They moved into Crest Nicholson’s Hunts Grove development at Waterwells Business Park.

Nick is a territory manager for a medical devices company.

The 28-year-old said: “Danielle has family in Gloucester and we have a number of friends who live there too, so we decided to start there.

“Friends of ours had bought a house at Hunts Grove and recommended that we take a look so we visited the development, and loved it straight away.

“The location meant that it would be easy for us to get to Bristol for work. We had never lived in a new build before, and were worried about space. As soon as we viewed the houses at Hunts Grove, those worries went away.”

He added the paperwork was not daunting thanks to the support they were given by the housebuilder.
