One person who has already completed the programme is Charlie Chitty.
He said: "At first I was anxious and maybe a bit sceptical of the team programme, but I stuck with it and found it exciting as well as rewarding.
"The hardest part was for me being part of a team, I was very used to tackling problems by myself and therefore at first felt a little out of place in a team.
"During the programme I learnt how to be part of a team, and not to hold back myself when it comes to my own career goals and job prospects.
"The parts of team I enjoyed the most are sharing thoughts and feelings, while feeling like a valued member of a team.
"My biggest achievement was completing work placement with high appraisal. Working as a team leader during various tasks has also been a big achievement for me.”
After finishing the programme Charlie went on to Gloucester College to study creative writing.
