Thousand join Facebook group paying tribute to Gloucester hairdresser Hollie Gazzard

THOUSANDS have joined a Facebook page to pay tribute to the short life of Hollie Gazzard, who died following a Gloucester stabbing.

Nearly 10,000 people have liked the group R.I.P Hollie Gazzard after she died in an attack at Fringe Benefits and La Bella Beauty salon, where the 20-year-old worked as a stylist.

The group on Facebook has seen hundreds pay tribute to her and pass on their condolences to her Churchdown family, including dad Nick, mum Amanda and sister Chloe.

Victoria Louise said: “Fly with the angels, be forever young and smile down your beloved family and they will know you are always with them xxx.”

Joanne Pope added: “We are so sorry and shocked to hear this awful news about Hollie. It is utterly devastating and we send our love and thoughts to your lovely family.

“Please know that people care and she will not be forgotten.”

Another friend, Jo Pearson wrote: “I only knew you briefly Hollie, but you made such a wonderful impression on me.

“Such a delightful happy ray of sunshine.

“The world was a brighter place for having you in it.

“You will be sadly missed. Rip xxx.”
