FUN was had all round as staff and customers took a lucky dip at a Tesco raffle at the weekend.
Customers and staff bought tickets at the store in Brockworth to raise money for Diabetes UK.
Tesco community champion, Laura Pittaway, said: “It was a fantastic event, I am really thrilled that we managed to raise £234.45p from the day. The top prizes were donated by our delivery man, who is also a driving instructor too.”
Carl Brown, who runs Driving Heroes, based in Cheltenham, donated a block of 10 and five driving lessons for free.
Laura added: “We also had champagne, Thorntons chocolates and a basket of fruit that we gave away.
“Next weekend we are looking forward to the Row for Love event.”
