THE power of dance and movement will be used to engage people with dementia next week.

Kimbrose Lunch Club supports people suffering from the condition and their carers.

On November 30 it will hold a celebration to mark Carers Rights Day.

It will include a unique session run by dance movement psychotherapist Nicola Jacobson.

She encourages people with dementia to engage physically, socially and emotionally through movement and dance.

The session is open to people of all abilities and will be held from 2-4pm at St Peter's Social Club in Black Dog Way, Gloucester.
