IT seems 2015 will be a big year for Gloucester, thanks to the Rugby World Cup.

To celebrate Gloucester City Museum is preparing to host a major sporting exhibition for next year’s summer.

In the year when Gloucester is a Host City for Rugby World Cup 2015 its museum will be celebrating the local history of the sport.

The exhibition is being pulled together by local artist Russell Haines, who regularly showcases his work here.

It will feature portraits of national players along with a variety of memorabilia tracing and highlighting the history of Rugby in the city.
