POLICE are asking anyone who saw popular family man Ryan Probert on the day he died in Cinderford last month to contact them.
Father of two Ryan, known locally as ‘Bozzy,’ was found collapsed in his flat in Market Street on Tuesday April 29 and was taken Frenchay Hospital Bristol by air ambulance, where he died in the early hours of the following morning.
The death was initially deemed unsuspicious but last Tuesday a 48-year-old man from Stonehouse and a 43-year-old Cinderford man were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with the case. They were released on bail until May 30.
Detective Inspector Andy Dangerfield, who is leading the investigation, said: "In particular, anyone who saw Ryan on the day he died but hasn't spoken to us should call us. Their name and any information they provide us will be treated in the strictest confidence.”
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 408 of April 29.
