FESTIVE bargains will be up for grabs this week at Gloucester's night market.
In only its second event, the night market will offer more than 50 stalls from a variety of food and drinks to jewellery, crafts and gifts.
It will be spread around the city centre with stalls at The Cross and into the four gate streets as well as in King's Square.
Gloucester City Council leader Paul James said: "Gloucester is really glowing this year.
"We have worked hard on getting as many lights put up as we possibly could. It has included some difficult engineering solutions for our centre piece.
"It will all contribute towards a fantastic evening at the night market.
"Our first one was a brilliant evening and it is no wonder it has won an award.
"I am sure that this one will be just as good and I am looking forward to it immensely."
The market takes place throughout the city centre on Thursday from 5pm to 8pm.
Santa Claus will be on hand and there will also be stilt walkers.
