SUPERMARKET giant Morrisons will open its new store in Gloucester as early as November 11.
The national retailer is preparing to unveil its latest store at the Railway Triangle, now named Triangle Park, off Metz Way.
The 71,000 square feet store will create some 350 jobs for the city.
It is an £8 million investment for Morrisons.
Adam Welland, contracts manager at Barnwood Construction, which has been working on the site, previously said: "We are still on schedule and we're confident we can deliver the supermarket on time."
The site will also comprise of light industry. Car showrooms have been touted as one possibility.
No announcements have been made about which other firms are interested in taking on the rest of the site.
Meanwhile, nearby rival store Asda, which is open 24 hours a day, stepped up its own game in the summer with a £2 million revamp as it looks ahead to the competition.
