Mildest winter for Gloucestershire this year

Gloucestershire is experiencing the mildest winter it has seen in the last seven years.

Although it may be good news for many, farmers in the county say a cold snap can help to firm up the ground in time for lambing season.

    Winter isn't over yet, and remember what happened in early spring last year - we could still be in for a few weeks of arctic weather.
