Psychic pig Star will be predicting Gloucester's remaining results this season

All bets are off on who will be bringing home the bacon at Kingsholm after psychic porker Star predicted the last 13 results of Gloucester’s season.

The three-year-old Gloucester Old Spot at City Farm is being championed for her mystic powers to rival famous World Cup clairvoyant octopus Paul.

The oinker was hogging all the limelight when she was asked to sniff out a bowl to show either a Gloucester win, or a victory for their opponents. And the results made for grim reading for the Cherry and Whites, with Star suggesting the players are due to make a pig’s ear of Sunday’s Perpignan clash.

Richard Leach, a support worker at the farm, said : “She’s got a special talent, but with my Gloucester hat on, I wasn’t very happy with the results. If Star is anything to go by, Gloucester will be losing too many games for my liking.”

I know, Kay. I'm shattered. How could Star have got it so wrong?!

Oh no, do you mean that this darling little piggy-wig might actually be turned into food - just like at a REAL farm?

What absolute nonsense. Is this the way that they decided that St. James' Park would be the best place to construct a new riding arena? That would explain a lot.
