A 50-YEAR-OLD man has died after falling from a high building in Gloucester, yesterday.
Hundreds of people witnessed the man fall from the fourth floor of a building in Bruton Way around 4.30pm.
Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle attended the incident.
The man suffered head injuries and died at the scene.
Police officers say they have spoken to a number of people who were in the area at the time.
A police spokesman said: "Due to the busy city centre location we are aware that there will be other members of the public who witnessed the events who may be affected by this.
"We would therefore like to offer some support information to anyone who feels they may wish to speak to someone about what happened or if there has been any emotional impact to their wellbeing."
There are a number of organisations offering support and advice which are available through GP surgeries and the NHS.
