Macmillan Cancer Support’s mobile service is stopping off at the Market Place, Cirencester tomorrow.

A team of information and support specialists will be on board to offer free, confidential, advice and support to anyone with a concern or a question relating to cancer.

November is lung cancer awareness month and Macmillan is spreading the word about its risk factors and causes for earlier detection and more successful treatment.

Michelle Smith, a Macmillan Information and Support Specialist on the unit, said: “We can give advice about different types of lung cancer, what risk factors you might have of getting it and how to spot symptoms, as well as how treatment works.”

The bus will be at the Market Place between 10am and 4pm.
