Firefighters, ambulance and police are currently on the scene at Marks & Spencer in Gloucester after three people collapsed.

Two crews were called in from Gloucester to check for hazardous gas at the Eastgate Street store after a person collapsed at 11.20am this morning, and then two more at 1.30pm.

After being checked, none of the people were found to be ill and it seems the three of them all collapsing on the same day was a mere coincidence.

A police spokesman said: "Three people have been treated after collapsing in the store.

"We have been in contact with the ambulance and the fire service. At this stage we don't believe it to be suspicious."

I was in town looking at them and was wondering what it was about.
