CUTE kittens have found themselves homeless after being discovered at the bottom of a garden.

The cuddly duo have been taken in by Teckels Animal Sanctuary in Whitminster and are believed to have been abandoned.

The two-week-old pair, named Rocco and Reuben, were found this week at the bottom of a garden in Stroud.

They were both delivered in a cardboard box to Teckels where they have been fed hourly.

Rocco and Reuben will be transferred this week to New Start Cat Rescue in Malswick, where they will be looked after until they are able to be re-housed in a couple of months.

Emma Barrett, who works at Teckels, said: “Rocco and Reuben’s ideal first family will have someone at home most of the day, as they need feeding very regularly since they are so young. It will be like looking after two babies.

“People often abandon animals when they move house or can’t afford them.”
