A CLOUDY start today will be followed up by outbreaks of showery rain, occasionally heavy. But it will begin to brighten up from the west of the county this afternoon with just a few isolated showers, scattered across the region.
It will feel pleasantly warm in the sunshine at around 20C (68F) into the later part of the afternoon with light winds.
The evening will be mostly dry this evening, but thickening cloud and some rain will be developing by the early hours of tomorrow morning. The rain will mostly be light, but the odd heavier burst is possible and still feeling warm.
Wednesday will again start off cloudy with a risk of hill fog and occasional rain and drizzle. It will slowly brighten up in most places with just a few showers continuing. Feeling increasingly warm and humid throughout the day, temperatures will remain at around 20C (68F).
Thursday promises to see a change, as fine weather with more prolonged spells of sunny skies moving in. Temperatures could reach the high 20s.
