The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on August 29:

■ Robert Sutton, 56, of Moorfield Road, Brockworth, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £92, £55 costs, disqualified from driving for 13 months.

■ Nathan Mark Young, 21, of Lewis Glade, Broadwell, Coleford. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £116, £100 costs.

■ Ashley Hall, 20, of Edenwall Road, Milkwall, Coleford. Failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £425, £325 costs, six penalty points.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on August 30:

■ Dale Martin Sheppard, 30, of London Road, Gloucester. Being in possession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a mobile phone taser contrary to the Firearms Act 1968. Community Order for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Samuel Joshua Whitehead, 20, of London Road, Stroud. Being in possession of class B drugs (2 charges). Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs.

■ Nicholas Constantine, 19, of Church lane, Eldersfield. Drink driving. Fined £100, £60 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

■ Tyrone Levi Hanson, 21, of Pinery Road, Barnwood, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Community Order for £30.

■ Dean Grant Riley, 50, of Monkscroft, Cheltenham. Driving a vehicle whilst disqualified and without insurance. Community Order for five months, curfew for five months, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Anthony Paul Slepertas, 36, of Secunda Way, Hempsted. Being in possession of class B drugs. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £85 costs.

■ Nathan Robert Theyer, 22, of Pates Avenue, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Conditional discharge for 18 months.

■ Nicholas James Wellfair, 21, of Courtenay Street, Cheltenham. Driving a vehicle whist unfit through drugs and without insurance. Fined £175, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Lee Michael Healy, 32, of Freeminers Way, Cinderford. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months, £40 costs.

■ Kevin Michael Turner, 31, of Ashgrove Avenue, Gloucester. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without insurance. Fined £100, £65 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Michael Peter Whiting, 28, of Dart Road, Whaddon, Cheltenham. Theft, using a stolen debit card to obtain goods. Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months, £306.20 compensation, £45 costs.

■ Liam John Davis, 33, of Campion Close, Robinswood, Gloucester. Criminal damage. Conditional discharge for six months, £45 costs.

■ Daniel Martin Powell, 24, of Lloyd Close, Hesters Way, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £85, £100 costs.

■ Elizabieta Barbara Czarnek, 47, of Queen Elizabeth Road, Cirencester. Driving a vehicle whilst disqualified. Fined £810, £115 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Russell James Coltman, 36, of High Street, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months, £77 compensation, £35 costs.

■ Jason Hartley, 24, St Luke's Road, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for six months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months, £566.55 compensation.

■ Maria Christina McLean, 24, of Binyon Road, Winchcombe, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, to participate in female offenders specified activity for 14 days.

■ David John Cunningham, 35, of Barnacre Drive, Hucclecote, Gloucester. theft (2 charges), failing to surrender to bail. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £30 compensation, £85 costs.

■ David Douglas Mansion, 38, of Clearwell Gardens, Oakley, Cheltenham. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without due care and attention, failing to stop and give name and address after an accident. Community Order for 12 months, £200 costs, disqualified from driving for 27 months to participate in Drink Impaired Drivers Programme for 15 days.

■ Alexander Edric Lionel Bingham, 23, of Gloucester Road, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for nine months, £15 costs.

■ Jamie Lee Geisdorf, 32, of Clyde Crescent, Whaddon, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs, assault by beating. Fined £50, £100 compensation, £215 cost.

■ Kerry Joseph Lillis, 43, of Western Road, Gloucester. Theft (3 charges). Community Order for 12 months, £30 costs.

■ Edward Alan Pollock, 29, of Edward Street, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £30 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on August 2:

■ Craig Woolley, 28, of Spa Road, Gloucester. Burglary with intent to steal, being in possession of class B drugs, criminal damage, behaving in an indecent manner. Committed to prison for 18 weeks.

■ Jason Mervyn Screen, 25, of Bramley Road, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Fraud. £128.78 compensation, £85 costs.

■ Steven Mark Bowles, 35, of Southgate Street, Gloucester. Theft (2 charges), failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for nine months, to have treatment for drugs dependency for six months, £30 costs.

■ Steven William Davies, 34, of The Tythings, Newent. Operated a mobile telephone with the intention of gaining sexual gratification. Community Order for three years, to participate in Thames Valley Sex Offender Programme for 60 days. £85 costs.

■ Rafal Jurkowski, 20, of Bear Hotel, Rodborough Common, Stroud. Drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and without insurance. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months.

■ Edward Alan Pollock, 29, of Evesham Road, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for six months, to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, £30 costs.

■ Amy Louise Sanders, 32, of Southgate Street, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months.

■ Gary Leonard Harper, 45, of Alstone Lane, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £100, £100 costs.

■ Joshua Aaron Keating, 21, of Duderstadt Close, Stroud. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £110, £100 costs.

■ Paul Brooks, 51, of Penny Close, Longlevens, Gloucester. Failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, failing to report an accident, driving without due care and attention. Fined £470, £45 costs, six penalty points.

■ Kevin Drinan, 42, of St Peter's Road, Matson, Gloucester. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £170, £45 costs.

■ Lisa May Allen, 27, of Springfields, Cam, Dursley. Being in possession of class A drugs and class B drugs. Fined £100, £15 costs.

■ Michael John White, 69, of Oakfield Way, Sharpness. Driving without due care and attention. Fined £125, £640 costs, three penalty points.

■ Shaun Browning, 27, of Melmore Gardens, Cirencester. Assault by beating, criminal damage. Conditional discharge for six months, £40 costs, £10 compensation.
