The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 11:

■ Adam Peter Carr, 28, of Barton Street, Tewkesbury. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Community Order for 18 months, £100 compensation.

■ Daniel Mark Bowkett, 28, of Llanthony Road, Gloucester. Theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £13.59 compensation, £45 costs.

■ Carl Lea Evans, 28, of St Mark's Street, Gloucester. Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods (2 charges). Community Order for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Anna Phillibert, 41, of Brionne Way, Longlevens, Gloucester. Failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis. Community Order for six months. £145 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

■ Thomas Charles Cadwell, 22, of Sydenham Terrace, Gloucester. Assault by beating. Community Order for 12 months, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

■ Ben Lee Carson, 18, of The Cornfields, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £150, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

■ Jack Shane Mahy, 21, of Bloomfield Road, Gloucester. Assault by beating. Community Order for 12 months, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

■ Daniel Constable, 28, of Clanna Lane, Alvington, Lydney. Driving a vehicle without insurance. Fined £165, £100 costs, six penalty points.

■ Martin Ralph Drew, 44, of Green Way, Brockworth, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle whilst disqualified and without a licence or insurance. Community Order for one month, curfew for one month, £85 costs.

■ Elizabeth Greenland, 57, of Harecroft Road, Stonehouse. Drink-driving (two charges), driving a vehicle without insurance, failing to surrender to bail. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for two years, £170 costs, disqualified from driving for five years.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 12:

■ Michael Robert Freeman, 27, of Poolway Court, Coleford. Drink driving. Fined £170, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

■ David Leopold, 27, Lowbands, Redmarley. Drink driving. Fined £190, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

■ Adam Scott O'Neill, 28, c/o Innsworth Lane, Churchdown. Burglary (2 charges). Community Order for 12 months, to participate in education, training and employment for 10 days, have treatment for drug dependency for six months.

■ Darren Frank Shape,42, of Bishops Drive, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, curfew for 10 weeks.

■ Emma Witts, 36, of Well Road, Gloucester. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Community Order for 12 months, £45 costs.

■ Robert Keith Freeman, 32, of Bourton Road, Tuffley, Gloucester. Failing to surrender to bail. Fined £35, £20 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 13:

■ Laura Ann Baker, 26, of Lynworth Exchange, Mendip Road, Cheltenham. Theft, failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for 12 months, to participate in Thinking Skills Programme for 20 days, £145 costs.

■ Natasha Louise Tracey Benson, 33, of Scholars Court, Cheltenham. Theft (3 charges). Community Order for 12 months, £264 compensation, £60 costs.

■ Lisa Natasha Cameron, 36, of Llanthony road, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Committed to prison for six weeks.

■ Shane Joseph Ryland, 22, of Falkner Street, Gloucester. Obstructing a police officer in the execution of hit duty, theft Committed to prison for six weeks. Fined £110, £100 costs.

■ Aneta Jolanta Gil, 39, Bristol Road, Quedgeley. Theft. £15.87 compensation, £145 costs, Community Order for 42 days, curfew for 42 days.

■ Julian Charles, 43, of Elliott Place, Warden Hill, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £100 costs.

■ Richard Mark Cleveland, 43, of Ducie Street, Tredworth, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Community Order for 12 months, £60 costs.

■ Robert John Fearn, 32, of Maple Close, Hardwicke, Gloucester. Theft. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months, to participate , £50 compensation, £85 costs.

■ Robert John Fearn, 32, of Maple Close, Hardwicke, Gloucester. Theft. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, to participate in Thinking Skills for 20 days, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

■ Andrew John Howles, 38, of Ducie Street, Gloucester. Producing cannabis. Community Order for 12 months, £60 costs.

■ Spencer John Metcalfe, 42, of Church View, Bourton on the Hill, Moreton-in-Marsh. Drink driving. Fined £500, £135 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £500, £135 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 14:

■ Sashon Warren Lewis, 29, of Poplar Way, Hardwicke. Fraud, failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for 60 days, curfew for 60 days, £60 costs, £85 costs.

■ Damon Christian Way, 39, of no fixed abode. Being in possession of class A drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £50, £20 costs.

■ Aiham Adla, 21, of Ferndale Close, Longlevens, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £73, £100 costs.

■ Gary John Barnaby, 27, of Denmark Road, Gloucester. Theft. Fined £55, £105 costs.

■ Albert Edward Bennett, 62, of School Crescent, School Road, Joys Green, Lydbrook. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £110, £105 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 17:

■ Glynn Robert James Meadows, 30, of Eastern Avenue, Barnwood, Gloucester. Assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty (three charges). Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

■ Christian Janik, 36, of Lloyd Close, Hesters Way, Cheltenham. being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £30, £50 costs.

■ Julie Kelly, 53, of Cumberland Crescent, Cheltenham. Failing to comply with a traffic sign. Fined £130, £45 costs, three penalty points.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 18:

■ Mark Edward Clarke, 51, of Hilltop Close, Slad, Stroud. Harassment. Restraining Order for 12 months, fined £110, £100 costs.

■ Jeremy Coleman, 30, of Tredworth Road, Gloucester. Assault by beating. Conditional discharge for two years, £85 costs.

■ Mark Phillip Cox, 34, of Allen Drive, Stroud. Criminal damage. Fined £73, £105 costs.

■ Valdas Ivoskevicius, 27, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to prison for 10 weeks.

■ Richard William Whiskin, 24, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

■ Richard Andrew Nicholls, 27, of Westbury Road, Tuffley, Gloucester. Sending a threatening message via mobile telephone (3 charges), using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Community Order for 12 months, to participate in Low Intensity Alcohol Programme for 20 days, Restraining Order for 12 months, £85 costs.

■ Jan Piotr Cichosz, 44, of Howard Street, Gloucester. Theft. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, curfew for 60 days, £130 costs.

■ Ben Michael Charles Baldwin, 20, of Hartland Road, Gloucester. Assault by beating, criminal damage, using violence to enter premises. Community Order for 18 months, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £100 compensation, £200 costs.

■ Terence Michael Green, 34, of Coriander Drive, Churchdown. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs.

■ Jason Mark Sutcliffe, 36, of High Street, Cheltenham. assault. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £100 compensation.

■ Darren Mark Smith, 33, of Great Western Road, Gloucester. Resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fined £80, £90 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 19:

■ Daniel Joseph Bartholomew, 41, of Foxes Bank Drive, Cirencester. Drink driving. £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £120.

■ Andrew Glynne Cleevely, 45, of Winterbotham Road, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Drink-driving. Community Order for 12 months, £145 costs.

■ James Anthony Clifford, 42, of no fixed abode. Theft (two charges). Committed to prison for eight weeks.

■Courtney Kyle Edwards, 21, of Painswick Road, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £30 costs.

■ David John Powell, 43, of Yew Tree Close, Swindon Village, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £100 costs.

■ Neil Paul Collett Rook, 46, c/o PO Box, Stroud. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Restraining Order for two years, fined £100, £160 costs.
