THE following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 6:

  Owen Llewellyn Douglas, 26, of Kendal Road, Longlevens, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Committed to prison for five days.

–  Barry James Deacon, 31, of Sweetbriar Street, Gloucester. Theft, failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for 12 months, £280, compensation, £85 costs.

  Ross Morgan Farrell, 23, of no fixed abode. Being in possession of class B drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Committed to prison for five weeks.

  Alan George Hodgson, 41, of Harpfield Close, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham. Failing to provide specimen of blood for analysis. Fined £110, £100 costs, 10 penalty points.

–  Patrick George Bermingham, 22, of Ashlands Road, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £75, £55 costs.

–  Joe Alexander Hadland, 22, of Cromwell Road, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £170, £100 costs.

  Xavier Joshua Coe, 22, of High Street, Tredworth, Gloucester. Criminal damage. Conditional discharge for six months, £571.84 compensation.

–  Ian John Cross, 35, of Kestrel Parade, Innsworth, Gloucester. Theft. Community Order for six months, curfew for four weeks, £40 costs, £53.98 compensation.

–  Ashley Chaives Johnson, 20, of Woodvale, Kingsway, Quedgeley. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £90, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

  James Robert McLarrie, 25, of Lannett Road, Gloucester. Being in possession of class A drugs. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, to participate in Thinking Skills programme for 20 days.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 7:

  Shamun Moin Choudhury, 20, of Redwood Court, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £100 costs.

  Adam James King, 27, of Sinope Street, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £250, £110 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

  Ian Alexander Macpherson-Rait, 38, of St James Walk, Honeybourne Way, Cheltenham. Theft. Conditional discharge for 28 days, curfew for 28 days, £80 costs.

  Joseph Henry Pronini, 23, of Georges Cottages, Upton Lane, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £200, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

  Cathy Beeching, 48, of Central Road, Stroud. Failing to hand over valid train ticket for inspection when asked to do so. Fined £160, £22 compensation, £120 costs.

■ Jonathan Harman, 31, of Barbridge Road, Cheltenham. Travelling on a railway without a ticket. Fined £300, £11 compensation, £120 costs.

–  Aaron Johnson, 27, of New Street, Gloucester. Failing to hand over valid train ticket for inspection when asked to do so. Fined £2,300, £22 compensation, £110 costs.

–  Loraine Barbara O'Hagan, 54, of London Road, Cheltenham. Failing to hand over valid train ticket for inspection when asked to do so. Conditional discharge for six months, £10.60 compensation, £105 costs.

■ Christina Wolf, 20, of Lych Gate Mews, Lydney. Travelling on a railway without a ticket. Fined £400, £6.70 compensation, £120 costs.

  Paul Anthony Smith, 29, of Binyon Road, Winchcombe. Assault by beating. Community order for two years, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £225 compensation, £170 costs.

–  Antony Roy Tuckey, 50, of Angelica Way, Abbeymead, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle whilst using a mobile telephone. Fined £150, £100 costs, three penalty points.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 10:

  Ricky William Phelps, 43, of Broadway, Robinswood, Gloucester. Failing to surrender to bail, theft. Community Order for 12 months, £145 costs.

  Julian Hannis, 46, of Henry Road, Gloucester. Theft. Fined £110, £100 costs.

–  David Jones, 34, of Ox Lane, Minchinhampton, Stroud. Failing to surrender to bail. Fined £110, £20 costs.

–  Lisa Marie Gorry, 32, of Hester's Way Road, Cheltenham. Theft. Committed to prison for three months.

–  Darren Michael Cook, 45, of Fairway, Northway, Tewkesbury. Operating as a private hire vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £200, £215 costs, six penalty points.

The following cases were dealt with by Stroud magistrates on December 10:

–  David Edward Hunt, 19, of St George's Close, Dursley. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £80, £70 costs.

  Ann Elizabeth Marie O'Neill-Thomas, 47, of Dr Crouch's Road, Eastcombe. Drink driving. Community Order for 12 months, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

  Mark Chambers, 41, of Teal Close, Quedgeley, Gloucester. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £60, £45 costs, three penalty points.

–  Mark Ashley Green, 40, of Main Road, Broadoak, Newnham. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £150, £45 costs, three penalty points.

–  Sharon Knight, 49, of Widden Street, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without insurance. Fined £335, £45 costs, six penalty points.

–  Leroy Millington, 39, of Hurcombe Way, Brockworth, Gloucester. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £37, £45 costs, three penalty points.

–  Graham David Wildridge, 43, of All Saints Road, Awre, Blakeney. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £50, £65 costs, three penalty points.

  Susan Jones, 32, of Robinhood Street, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £220, £107 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

  Jamie Artus, 25, of Trent Road, Brockworth, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention and without a licence or insurance. Fined £100, £105 costs.

–  Michael Patrick Wyndham, 83, of London Road, Ampney Crucis, Cirencester. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £420, £100 costs, six penalty points.

–  Joshua Jack Kenneth Beard, 19, of Cambridge Avenue, Cheltenham. Assault by beating. Community Order for 12 months, to participate in Thinking Skills Programme for 20 days, £85 costs.

–  Fozia Rasul, 34, of Field View House, Highleadon, Newent. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £265, £45 costs, four penalty points.

  Keeley Ropner, 38, of Elmhurst, Aston on Carrant, Tewkesbury. Exceeding the speed limit. Fined £80, £45 costs, three penalty points.
