The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on November 2:

  Jose Rasgado, 27, of Beaufort Road, Robinswood, Gloucester. Being in possession of class A drugs (two charges). Community Order.

Michael John Winley, 71, of Kingsway, Preston, Cirencester. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Conditional discharge for two years, £400 costs.

–  Deborah Mann, 44, of Chester Street, Cirencester. Claiming Social Security Benefits illegally. Community Order for 12 months, £200 costs.

–  Tracy Maria Holland, 46, of Springfield, Blockley, Moreton-in-Marsh. Claiming Social Security Benefits illegally. Fined £101, £200 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on November 5:

  Clarence Takunda Chiwera, 20, of Northfield Passage, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £17 compensation, £85 costs.

  Darryl Lloyd Esson, 32, of Stratford Close, Podsmead, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Community Order for three months, curfew for three months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Jamie Phelps, 36, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

–  Liam Michael Jeffs, 18, of Littleworth, Chipping Campden. Assault by beating, failing to surrender to bail. Fined £250, £1200 compensation, £100 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on November 6:

–  Roy Peter Daniels, 32, of Crock Mead, Abbeymead, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, £900 compensation.

  Ann Marie Mayo, 25, of St Phillips Close, Hucclecote, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without a licence, fraud. Fined £146, £100 costs, three penalty points.

–  Joseph Patterson, 50, of Church Street, Littledean. Failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis. Fined £128, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

  Kyellin Field, 21, of Linden Road, Moreland, Gloucester. Assaulting actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for two years, curfew for 16 weeks, £300 compensation, £85 costs.

  Neil Richard Jones, 54, of Fountain Square, Gloucester. Being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, being in possession of class B drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs.

–  Michael James Farr, 36, of Farriers Court, Gloucester Road, Coleford. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £50, £100 costs.

■ Paula Louise Haydock, 26, of De Ferriers Walk, Cheltenham. Failing to surrender to bail, theft. Fined £80, £20 compensation, £100 costs.

–  James Paul Mustoe, 24, c/o Haycroft Road, Sherborne, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Community Order for nine months, to have treatment for drugs dependency for six months.

–  Paul Andrew Tabb, 29, of Birches Close, Uplands, Stroud. Assault by beating. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Adam Vedadt, 33, of Tetbury Lane, Nailsworth. Producing cannabis Conditional discharge for 12 months.

  Shaun Trevor Danter, 37, of Larput Place, Cheltenham. Theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Nicola Rose Dobbs, 30, of Ducie Street, Gloucester. Theft. Fined £200, £55 costs.

–  Vladislavs Dumpis, 22, of Waterman's Court, Quedgeley, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £330, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

–  Mark Anthony Sheridan, 35, of Bishops Court, Devon Avenue, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, £40 costs.

–  Diane Wilson, 30, of Bishopstone Road, Gloucester. Theft. Community Order for nine months, £40 costs.

–  Mark Anthony Franklin, 36, of Chapel Street, Stroud. Theft. Conditional discharge for eight months, £10 costs.

–  Damien Leeroy Kinch, 22,of St Paul's Road, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £30, £45 costs.

■ Robert David Slaughter, 24, of Bishops Close, Chepstow. Driving a vehicle which had insufficient tread on a tyre, failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, failing to report an accident, driving without due care and attention. Fined £400, £45 costs, eight penalty points.

–  Gillian Claire Walton, 36, of St George's Drive, Cheltenham. Driving without due care and attention. Fined £95, £45 costs, three penalty points.

  Christopher John Green, 42, of Princess Elizabeth Way, Cheltenham. Theft (2 charges). Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months, £45 costs.

–  Gary Steven Simpson, 33, of Burkes Court, Dunalley Street, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months.
