The following case was dealt with by Gloucester magistrates on March 12:

–  Wesley John Powell, 35, of Astor Close, Brockworth, Gloucester. Illegally depositing controlled waste. Fined £250, £265 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Stroud magistrates on March 4:

  Oliver Sebastian Boyle, 28, of Pitman Place, Wotton-Under-Edge. Drink driving. Fined £380, £123 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months,.

–  Oliver Julian Fudge, 23, of Bramble Drive, Dursley. Theft, criminal damage. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £105 costs.

  Julian Wayne Mould, 41, of Rosebery Road, Dursley. Theft, assault by beating, being in possession of a knife in a public place. Community Order for 12 months, £100 compensation, £145 costs.

  Soyab Mulla, 21, of Blenheim Road, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £55, £100 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Stroud magistrates on March 11:

–  Shelley Louise Taylor, 39, of Harvey Close, Podsmead, Gloucester. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence. Fined £110, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

–  Sarah Patricia Mary Underhill, 65, of Wellington Square, Pittville, Cheltenham. Failing to give information to a police officer. Fined £165, £100 costs, six penalty points.

–  Cori Belliard, 23, of Westward Road, Ebley, Stroud. Theft. Committed to prison for six weeks.

–  Thomas Keith Davis, 24, of Hailes Street, Winchcombe, Cheltenham. Used or threatened unlawful violence. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs.

–  Simon Charles Wayman, 48, of The Birches, Birches Drive, Stroud. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fined £110, £50 compensation, £105 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on February 22:

–  Joshua Lee Johnson, 20, of Midland Road, Stonehouse. Assault by beating (2 charges). Conditional discharge for 15 months, £200 compensation, £50 costs.

–  Lewis Davies, 23, of Marsh Hill, Sling, Coleford. Drink driving. Fined £250, £110 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

  Tyrone Jermaine Robotham-Maguire, 21, of Linden Road, Gloucester. Taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner, driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £110, £70 costs, six penalty points.

–  James Patrick Williams, 29,of Coriander Drive, Churchdown. Being in possession of class A drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £50, £105 costs.

–  Michael Joseph McMahon, 42, of Church Avenue, Oakley, Cheltenham. Drink driving. Fined £110, £105 costs, disqualified from driving for two years.

–  Paul Gordon Miles, 40, of London Road, Gloucester. Fraud. Community Order for 12 months, curfew for 18 months, £40.10 compensation, £30 costs.

■ Scott James Fouweather, 28, of Hopewell, Cinderford. Causing unnecessary suffering to a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Community Order for 12 months, disqualified in respect to all animals from dealing in them, owning them, keeping or participating in keeping them for five years, £300 costs.

The following case was dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on February 23:

–  Jason Lee Andrew Bolger, 42, of Honeybourne Court, Swindon Road, Cheltenham. Theft (3 charges). Conditional discharge for six months, £45 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on February 25:

  Vince Blench, 26, of London Road, Gloucester. Theft. Fined £110, £105 costs.

–  Barrington Gayle, 50, of Stroud Road, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £300, £85 costs, eight penalty points.

■ Christopher Paul Sherwood, 26,of High Street, Cinderford. Theft (3 charges). Committed to prison for 22 weeks.

  Joanne Wade, 41, of Meadowleaze, Elmbridge, Gloucester. Drink driving. Community Order for three months, curfew for three months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 30 months.

–  Aaron Watson, 20, of Savernake Road, Barnwood, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £110, £105 costs.

  Lisa Joanne Wildsmith, 31, of Naunton Lane, Leckhampton, Cheltenham. Theft. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

■ Christopher Paul Sherwood, 26, of High Street, Cinderford. Theft (three charges). Committed to prison for 22 weeks.

–  James David Bury, 21, of The Barn, Woodend Green Farm, Woodend Lane, Cam. Failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, failing to report an accident, driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £500, £45 costs, seven penalty points.

–  Ben Holloway, 35, of Langtoft Road, Slad, Stroud. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £45 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on February 26:

  Rafal Slawomir Holody, 38,of Cromwell Street, Gloucester. Theft (2 charges) Committed to prison for six weeks.

–  Michael John Beach, 34, of York Road, Cinderford. Assault by beating. Community Order for 18 months to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, Restraining Order for 12 months, £50 compensation, £145 costs.

  Emil Komuda, 25, of St Paul's Road, Gloucester. Criminal damage. Conditional discharge for six months, £890.66 compensation, £85 costs.

–  Kiaya Elizabeth Lorna Martin, 18, c/o Southgate Street, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £55, £60 costs.

  Matthew James Pettit, 27, c/o Southgate Street, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £55, £60 costs.

  Thomas Robert Croucher, 59, of Hopeswood Road, Longhope. Breach of Restraining Order. Restraining Order for 12 months, £fined £165, £100 costs.

–  Roger Layton-Smith, 35, of Withypool, Up Hatherley, Cheltenham. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £240, £215 costs, three penalty points.
