Gloucestershire Under-20s play their re-arranged final pool match with North Midlands Under-20s at Cinderford on Sunday (2.15pm).
Skipper Ricky Cano is once again missing from the starting line-up with Kieran Harris of Old Redciffians stepping up from the bench.
Jack Skelton takes over as captain.
Following the last round of matches Gloucestershire are already through to the knock-out stages and a single point on Sunday is likely to see them as pool winners.
A single point for North Midlands will require the reaching of calculators as they are in a good position to go through as runners-up.
They have one point less than Notts, Lincs & Derbys but a better points difference.
The pool winners will have a home tie in the quarter finals on April.
Gloucestershire Under-20s: Taylor Stevens (Dings Crusaders); Tom Callow (Gloucester University), Nathan Blakey (Filton College), Ben Large (Drybrook), Auguy Slowak (Filton College); Jack Skelton (Filton College) (Captain), Sam Watkins (UWIC); Kieran Harris (Old Redcliffians), Dean Brooker (Hartpury College), Harry Bissett (Gloucestershire University), Luke Roberts (Gloucestershire University), Henry Ivall (Filton College), Chris Pursall (Old Redcliffians), Max Woodward (Old Redcliffians), Jake Holcombe (Filton College).
