A CITY man will stand trial over allegations he drove a Range Rover dangerously during a dispute with bailiffs.
Besjan Muja, 27, of London Road, Gloucester, denied dangerous driving when he appeared before Stroud Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 7.
He is alleged to have used a Range Rover Sport to push a van from a car park in to London Road on November 26 last year.
The trial will take place on September 19, at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court.
Unconditional bail for Muja will continue until the trial, he was told.
