A MEETING is being held to discover how best to move forward in improving housing in Gloucester.

On Monday January 14 Gloucester City Homes (GCH) will hold a Customer Forum at Railway House, in Bruton Way, from 6pm to 8pm.

The Customer Forum meets every three months to discuss issues about the housing service, advise on policy issues and recommend how they should be dealt with.

Do 'tenant reps' include both block *and* street reps?

The system is for tenant reps etc. The AGM, is generally Public allowed - that is how the democratic GCH functions other non strategic issues can be dealt with via the call numbers published. Agm maybe October generally. If like City Council/Full Council when the date is announced it indicates when where etc. it shows the relevant "Public" it is an open meeting albeit sometimes with closed items! The relevance is/may be that an advocate ie. a non tenant may have an issue it wishes to delegate to a Forum Rep, thus public announcement gives time to allow that.

Are Glos city homes tenants welcome to have a say or is this just for the forum? If just for the forum then why bother putting it in the citizen as it's not open to all.
