Forest village Lydbrook under water

Forest of Dean village Lydbrook is completely under water after days of heavy rain.

Cars are completely submerged with water levels around two feet high in places.

Residents have been evacuated and drivers are being diverted around Upper Lydbrook.

Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue are currently on the scene.

    "Forest of Dean village Lydbrook is completely under water after days of heavy rain." The average terrace house is over 27 feet tall! "Cars are completely submerged with water levels around two feet high in places." The average height of a car is 4 feet tall, the smallest car is about 39" tall that's over 3 feet in old money!
