FOOTBALL legend David Beckham has reportedly been spotted in Stroud.

Fans have posted on Twitter and Facebook saying he was seen at Dudbridge garage this afternoon, Saturday.

However, disappointed staff at the garage said the former England captain and Manchester United star did not buy petrol or enter their shop.

Alex Kibble posted a picture of Becks on Twitter and said: “I have just spoke to David Beckham in Stroud and had a chat with him. Wow never been this starstruck #legend”

why don't you relax, meymey....surely we can have the odd celebrity news? I agree that we often don't get the real picture, but what can you do...the rich pull the strings of the media.

yes i only came back because i got email like i did for your post assassin, this site is a joke, they cant string a sentence together and often what they do put is obviously a copy paste job and often its unintelligible and senseless, also they never report what needs to made public , there is more important stuff going on than what beckenham or any other celeb is doing, you never see anything about the people that are losing benefits for no good reason and the disabled that are being unfairly penalized for the ego of certain politicians

I'm with you RWT1203, not only was meymey the 1st to comment, but came back later. I'd argue it's this website that let's the citizen down, along with the poor standard of journalism. Paper is readable, but not at the price they charge - better to go free like some other local papers nationwide.have to boost sales and advertising revenue.
