February's culture club at the City Museum and Art Gallery will give a fascinating insight into the life of Gloucester's sporting legend, Lightweight boxer Hal Bagwell.
Visitors to the lunchtime forty minute session on Wednesday 5th February at 1:10pm will be able to find out more about the city's famous lightweight boxer who complete over 300 fights in a career spanning over three decades.
Amazingly Hal Bagwell won all challenges, despite often putting in a full day's work as a motor mechanic before the fight.
The talk will be given by local man Jerry Jenkins.
General museum admission is payable; Adults £3, Concessions £2 (over 60s), Members Free.
