Help and services on offer in Tewkesbury and Coombe Hill will be highlighted in a supper event on Wednesday night.
Representatives from Gloucestershire Police, Neighbourhood Watch, N Power, Age UK and Trading Standards will be hand to discuss services provided in the area.
The event will take place in the foyer of Tewkesbury Borough Council on Gloucester Road between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on February 20.
Police Sergeant for the area, Simon Goodenough, said: "We've got a wide range of organisations coming along. It's a really great opportunity to raise any issues or concerns you have for your local area with the organisations that can help take action. There will also be a light supper for those that come along."
Fairshares, Barchester Care Home, Highways Agency, Severn Vale Housing, Deaf Association and Safe at Home will also be present.
