CINDERFORD will announce their new coaching structure on Tuesday.
The Foresters are undertaking a major overhaul following a disappointing season in which they secured survival in National One with just one game remaining.
They have terminated the director of rugby role that was held by Andy Deacon and replaced it with a Professional Rugby Manager position.
Further vacancies including, head coach, assistant coach, a fitness and analysis coach, were also created meaning the entire back-room staff to reapply for the new positions.
Interviews were conducted on Thursday and the club’s management board will meet on Monday night to make a decision.
Club president Peter Bell said: “The interview process has taken place and there was an enormous amount of interest for all the positions which is encouraging.
“You don’t realise how many people would go for these jobs until you go through this process and we have been very pleased with the outcome. We will meet to come to a decision on Monday night.”
