Cheltenham Town left-back Danny Andrew has signed for Gloucester City after a successful loan switch.

Th 22-year-old was Mark Yates' first signing as Robins boss, initially joining on loan from Peterborough United.

He made a total of 68 starts and three substitute appearances for the Robins, scoring four goals.

The most important of his strikes was at Lincoln City in April 2011, helping to dispel relegation fears after a second half of the season slump.

Andrew spent time on loan at Cambridge United earlier this season before joining the Tigers.

Meanwhile winger Bagasan Graham has extended his loan spell with the Tigers for another month.

Feel sorry for Danny, always liked him as a player. Maybe he was lacking in the LB role, but I could deffo see him in the LM position, challenging Mo. He was certainly a better crosser of the ball then Mo an was pretty good at set pieces. Sorry it didn't work out for you at Chelt Danny, hope you get your career back track at City.
