Charity superstar Jamie McDonald, who is currently running thousands of miles across Canada, says he feels apprehensive about finally ending the challenge.
Jamie, who set off in March says he feels nervous to return home and does not know what he is going to do.
So far he has raised more than £95,000 for children's charities.
Jamie from Tredworth has already completed 185 marathons and has around 15 left to complete.
He recently posted on his facebook blog, "I was contacted recently by the brother of a lady from Gloucester called Carmel Webb.
"Carmel sadly died on New Year’s Eve. Although I didn’t know her, it sounds like she was an amazing person who did a huge amount for her community and I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight her and some of the great things that happen in Gloucester, both to people at home and to a wider audience.
"I sometimes feel like Gloucester gets a bad rap, often from the people that live there, but there are good people there and everywhere. Wayne has started a nice idea called Carma, based on random acts of kindness."
