Cat abducted and raped

A DEVASTATED pet lover has warned that a sick predator could be at large after her cat was abducted and sexually assaulted.
We've already told you how the Stonehouse woman's beloved tabby cat Daisy was dumped outside Teckels Animal Sanctuary in Whitminster, just yards from where her owner works.
She suffered a fractured skull, broken teeth, had lost half her bodyweight in blood.
But it has now been revealed that the moggy was also been sexually abused.
Her owner, who has asked to remain anonymous because she fears for her safety, said: "It really upset me. To hurt her like that and then dump her is just so disgusting.
"It's really made me think, what if it happened to me, or my dog, or a child? There is clearly someone around who is sick, and they need to be caught."
Daisy went missing from her home on Monday, putting her worried owner through hours of worry and heartache.
Her owner said: "I went to bed at around 9.40pm and she was out, which isn't unusual for this time of year.
"In the morning I called and I called, and I went up the road looking for her body. Eventually I phoned Teckels.
"I know them in there, and initially they were reluctant to tell me what had happened because it was so awful."
Daisy's vet Richard Kirby, from Armstrong Mobile Vets near Berkeley, said: "She had a fractured skull, she's missing teeth and she's got a dislocated tail, due to something we would normally call a 'pull-wound'.
"Then we get to the gruesome part. She's been very very badly bruised, and was torn internally.
"I have never seen anything this horrible."
Police confirmed that the cat was found with baby wipes, which had DNA traces.
Inspector Tony Jones from the local policing team, said: "This was a truly hideous crime and it's hard to comprehend why someone would want to do such a terrible thing."

the scary thing is this guy had baby wipes and violently bashed this cats head in and raped it nearly pulling its tail off and it was a planned attack! now why does this guy have baby wipes? is he a dad? this is just sick and scary. not only should he be caught he should be investigated for any crimes on other helpless creatures and children! he needs to be stopped!! keep spreading the news everywhere and i hope the police take this seriously. all criminals start small!.
You can not rehabilitate a person who would even consider committing such a disgusting, vile act, let alone actually going through with it. Who ever it was should be put down, the monster is clearly wired up wrong. Prison may be a ride in the park these days, but going in for such a crime will be like living in hell on earth. I can not wait to see this freak of nature caught. Lots of love hugs and kisses to Daisy, my heart goes out to her and her owner.
The person who did this should be put down. You have to be wired up wrong to even think of such a disgusting vile action, let alone do it, you can not rehabilitate such a person. I hope when the person is caught they get what they deserve, Prison may be an easy ride these days, but going in for such a crime will be like living in hell on earth. This is the most repulsive and barbaric incident I could ever imagine. Poor Daisy ! Her owner and the Vet who treated her must also feel completely traumatised and I truly feel for them. To Charlie Farlie; this IS getting around Facebook like wildfire and we'll do everything possible to publicise in the hope that someone knows the sick creature who did this.
The biggest problem facing your community is the pervert will most likely graduate to harming people. Thank goodness the sweet cat is OK physically, but will need much reassurance of it's emotional security from now on.
Absolutely and utterly disgusting what this VILE sick 'thing' has done to that poor cat. I hope they catch the sicko lock him in with a lion and tell him to do it to that and see who has the last laugh. What has gone wrong with this country? the Japanese have suffered immensely recently and look how well behaved they were - and then you just look at what happens in this country - makes me ashamed.

They'd do all this to an animal, and then take a chance on being caught by leaving it outside Teckel's? This person or persons should be tracked down and arrested. Anyone who could do that is so much closer to doing the same thing to another human being, and needs intervention sharpish.
absolutely disgraceful. i noticed this in the Sun whilst eating my lunch and felt physically sick. I'm a cat lover. I would be happy to rehome any cats. I'm known as the catman to my friends. Sometimes I feed them catfood, but I often treat them to greasy beggs and acon. I love cats.
THis absolutely DISGUSTS me..... as an ex Vet Nurse I've seen some sights - but this would have been awful to deal with.... I have this posted on my Facebook Page and I'm local - lots of local friends are re-posting in a bid to bring this sad pervert to justice.......
