Staff at The Real China have been given advice by Gloucester City Council's environmental health team on how to keep their food 'safe' after a diner reported an undercooked chicken.

A city council spokesperson said: “Officers have re-visited the Real China and have advised the business on a number of recommendations to ensure their food is kept safe.”

An environmental health inspector visited the new restaurants twice on Monday after diner Emma Harris complained that she had been served an undercooked chicken.
