Some 700 runners will take to the streets of Gloucester on Sunday.
The race starts at 9am and there are viewing spots at The Docks on Llanthony Road and green space around Cole Avenue and Epney Road.
Race manager Hannah Williams, said: "We're really pleased that in the first year of this event, over 700 runners will be taking to the streets of Gloucester.
"People will be running for a variety of reasons, for charity, in memory of a loved one, or for their own fitness.
"Whatever the reason, they're taking on a big challenge and deserve lots of support. Please come out and cheer them on."

Which muppet thought it would be a good idea to draw a circle on a map completely enclosing about 4,000 residents on a Sunday morning for 2 hours? On top of that, lets not tell the police or marshalls how they can actually get out. Unbelievably stupid and astoundingly bad organisation. Get up and go?!? I would have loved to.
